Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Shang Village (3,700 m)
- Short drive (~2 hrs) from Leh to Shang village.
- Acclimatization walk around the village and farmland.
- Meet the trek crew and prepare for the trail.
Day 2: Trek to Shang Phu (4,200 m)
- A gentle start to the trek through willow-lined paths and grazing meadows.
- Easy gradual climb along a stream. (~4–5 hours)

Day 3: Trek to Matho Phu (4,500 m)
- Continue through alpine meadows used by local shepherds.
